New Product: CNC Router

The PanelMaster Pro Series CNC router, for nested-based manufacturing, is constructed of large heavy tubing that is welded and stress-relieved.

The system consists of precision ball-screw drives on all three axes, THK rails and bearings, and high-speed closedloop servomotor and drives.

The PanelMaster’s double-beam design includes four linear rails, 12 linear bearings, and double ball nut joined together with a welded reinforced cross-beam assembly. Standard on all models is a 10-hp automatic toolchange spindle with seven-position tool station, six-zone vacuum table, 10-hp rotary-vane Circle 199 vacuum pump, and computer system with Windows PCbased CNC interface.
