Maximum velocity is 6.4 fps and a 1-µm encoder allows for ±25-µm accuracy and ±10-µm repeatability. Maximum force (continuous) is 6 lb, which takes 3 A from the 12-to-48-V power supply. Maximum platen length is 144 in.
