Twin-Head Diaphragm Pump

March 9, 2006
The twin-head design of the Model 1420 miniature diaphragm pump provides higher flows than conventional diaphragm pumps of the same size.

The oilless pump is designed for high-flow applications such as those in the medical, automotive, and business equipment. The heads can be channeled in either parallel or series to meet flow and pressure/vacuum requirements. In the parallel configuration, flow is rated at 6.0 to 11.0 lpm, while in series configuration, it is rated up to 5.5 lpm. Maximum pressure rating is 14.5 psi and maximum vacuum rating is 23-in.-Hg. Both 12 and 24-Vdc versions are available that incorporate long-life EPDM diaphragms and valves.
