Hall-Effect Sensor

Sept. 27, 2007
offers 360º rotation The 9360 noncontacting rotary sensor has 360º of absolute position feedback for infinite rotation applications.

Targeted to high-vibration applications such as heavy equipment, off-highway, marine, and industrial markets, the 9360 uses a compressionmolded neodymium disk magnet. Angle output is from 0 to 359.9° with an accuracy of ±0.6% of full scale at room temperature and ±0.9% over the entire temperature range of –40 to 85°C. An extended temperature range to 125°C is available. The device can withstand vibrations from 20 to 2,000 Hz at up to 10 g, a 50-g shock, and a half-sine pulse of 5-msec duration. Independent dual outputs optimize redundancy and maximize safety. The sensor measures 25.8 41.1 50.7 mm.
