It is formulated to cure readily at ambient temperatures, but more quickly at higher elevated temperatures. Its mix ratio is 1:1, by weight or volume. Its electrical insulation properties are also said to be good, even after prolonged exposure to hostile environments. The adhesive’s low viscosity simplifies bonding, sealing, and casting. It adheres to a variety of substrates ranging from engineering plastics, such as polycarbonates, acrylics, and ABS, to steel, aluminum, and other metals. It resists temperatures from –100 to 230°F.
