Energy-Absorbing Foam

Impaxx energy-absorbing foam is a lower cost alternative to polyurethanes and polypropylenes used in vehicle headliners and head rests.

It is 50% lighter and takes up 30% less space than competitive materials. The foam also requires no tooling costs and minimal lead time, a useful combination in the event there's a last-minute design change.
