Compatible Components

June 7, 2007
PLUS+1 Compliant components are for propeland control functions in mobile off-road machinery.

The pumps, motors, valves, joysticks, and graphical display terminals are engineered to electronically interface with one another. Used in tandem with the company's programming software, the system is said to reduce product-development time while creating a smooth, responsive control system. Programmers drag component software icons from a library to the computer-screen workspace and connect them to build a hydraulic system. Software blocks specific to each component are fully tested and optimized, drastically reducing the need for fine-tuning. Common interfaces between software blocks permit program alterations. At machine startup, operating parameters are preset to optimize performance, ensuring quick validation.
