Surface-mount power resistors handle up to 12 W at 85°C. Available in 5, 10, and 12-W ratings, the HPC Series is available from 0.1 to 100 K. All power ratings come in 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5-in. sizes and are available in tape and reel as well as bulk packaging. The thick-film chip resistors are bonded to the flat surface of a subminiature aluminum extruded housing for efficient cooling.
