The integral specific gravity compensation of Model 595 Slimline, Submersible Pressure Transducers enables a true level reading even with media temperature changes of 23 to 113°F (–5 to 45°C).

The integral specific gravity compensation of Model 595 Slimline, Submersible enables a true level reading even with media temperature changes of 23 to 113°F (5 to 45°C). These transducers serve in groundwater monitoring, sewer-flow monitoring, storm-water studies, stream-flow monitoring, infiltration/inflow studies, pump tests, irrigation, flood warning, sea level, tide, and wave-monitoring applications. Model 595 has 318-stainless-steel wetted parts to resist corrosion and handle long-term submersible operation. A customdesigned hermetic header keeps water from entering the transducer. The large-bore vent tube connected to the back of the sensor provides rapid venting. These transducers come in two-wire/4 to 20 mA (for use with noncommunication data recorders), SDI-12 w/4 to 20 mA, RS485, or SD-12 output. The SDI-12 and RS-485 versions allow remote calibration by a PC or a handheld interface.
