Checker Sensor

May 11, 2006
The Checker 101E simplifies part tracking and rejection on variable-speed production lines by directly accepting encoder signals, thereby eliminating the need for a PLC.

The sensor can acquire and process over 500 images and accurately track 4,000 parts between inspection and rejection points. For improved process control, the Checker detects and tracks parts or webs when inspection isn't necessary.
