High-Frequency Circuit Materials

Oct. 6, 2005
RO4350B high-frequency circuit materials offer excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties, according to the manufacturer.

Its low-dielectric loss (DF = 0.004) lets users run longer trace lines, reduce board thickness, and extend operational speeds for longer field life. Features include consistent and stable dielectric constant at various data rates, plated through-hole reliability, dimensional stability, and complementary high fill/flow prepreg. The material's thin core permits denser routing and lower layer counts.
