The MMA7360L, MMA7340L and MMA7330L triple-axis accelerometers are MEMS-based sensor devices with selectable sensitivity of 1.5 or 6 g, 3 or 12 g, and 4 or 16 g, respectively.

The MMA7360L, MMA7340L and MMA7330L triple-axis accelerometers are MEMS-based sensor devices with selectable sensitivity of 1.5 or 6 g, 3 or 12 g, and 4 or 16 g, respectively. The analog-output sensors are housed in a 3 × 5 × 1-mm land-grid-array (LGA) package that is 71% smaller in volume than the typical quad-flat-no-lead (QFN) package. The units operate from 2.2 to 3.6 V and use 400-µA operating current with 3 µA in sleep mode. They also have a self-test function, a power-up response time of 1 msec, and an enable response time of 0.5 msec.
