Air-Preparation System

July 13, 2006
A modular air-preparation system comes in 1/8 to 1-in. NPT port sizes with four sizes of black-anodized die-cast aluminum bodies that are corrosion resistant.

Polycarbonate bowls with guards attach with a quick-mount bayonet system. Push-to-lock adjustment knobs on regulators maintain precise pressure settings even under extreme vibration. Low-pressure drop across lubricators assure that lubrication rate is proportional to airflow. Combination units come with mounting brackets and embedded square outlet pressure gages. Optional lockout/tag-out valves for safety are available.
