Flow -Control Valves

Feb. 17, 2005
JFC Series flow-control valves are combination needle and check valves typically used to control airflow from air cylinders.

This, in turn, controls the speed at which the piston strokes while extending or retracting, depending on the location in the circuit. J-Series valves allow free flow from inlet to outlet past the needle and check valve. In reverse flow, from outlet to inlet, the check valve is sealed and flow must pass through the metered passage controlled by the tapered adjustment needle.
