High-Voltage Gate Driver ICs

July 7, 2005
A series of high-voltage IBGT control ICs come with a sophisticated set of protection functions and feature high-noise immunity with up to 30% fewer components.

The series consists of 1,200 and 600-V gate driver ICs and current-sense interface ICs for use in inverterized motor drives, generalpurpose inverter circuits, switch-mode power supplies, and uninterruptible power supplies.
