Parts-Handling System

The Versa-Stack Parts Handling System relies on Feedscape ID feeding technology and an MS Series indexer to create stacks of different components.

The Versa-Stack Parts Handling System relies on Feedscape ID feeding technology and an MS Series indexer to create stacks of different components. Feedscape isolates and feeds components directly from a bowl feeder or spring feeder, then guides them onto a series of indexing pins on the outer edge of the indexer dial plate. Once the stack is complete, an escapement deposits the stack on the final fixture, pick-and-place unit, or robot. Feedscape and the indexer can be configured from the keypad. And each stack arrangement can differ from the previous one, without tooling changes.
