Vibration Mounts

May 19, 2005
Low-cost V10Z4 Series vibration mounts feature Finger-Flex isolators designed for loads up to 37 lb/mount.

The natural rubber Finger-Flex ring and bushing have radial fingers on top and bottom surfaces that absorb vibration parallel to the mounting's axis. Axially oriented fingers in the bushing absorb vibration perpendicular to the mounting's axis. The mounts are available in two hardnesses: 30 and 60 durometer. Natural frequencies range from 60 to 30 Hz. To increase load-carrying capacity, users can install any number of Finger-Flex mountings. Features of the V10Zr Series include a corrosion-resistant zinc-plated housing, 11/8-in. free-standing height, 23/8-in.-square base dimension, and four-hole tie-down pattern that conforms to MIL-Size 2.
