    China gets new TPU production facility

    Cleveland ... Noveon Inc. (noveon.com) is the first multinational company to complete a thermoplasticpolyurethane (TPU) production facility in China. Construction of Noveon's Shanghai PRC polyurethane manufacturing facility is now complete with equipment startup underway. The plant opened its doors in mid-2005 and is designed for multiple capacity expansions, improved service levels, and will supply customers in China and the Asia Pacific region. Noveon is a subsidiary of Lubrizol Corp., Wickliffe, Ohio, (lubrizol.com)
