Wireless Data-Acquisition System

Aug. 4, 2005
Agile-Link is for use with wireless strain gages, accelerometers, temperature, and millivolt level inputs.

Agile-Link consists of "frequency agile" sensor-transceiver nodes and base stations that use a wide range of RF communication frequencies through software configuration. The wireless sensing nodes communicate via frequency division multiplexing (FDM). Agile-Link's analog-output base stations collect data from the nodes and reconstruct the analog waveforms on the base station's outputs. A Strain Wizard plug-in supports wireless automatic offset balancing, wireless gain adjustment, and wireless shunt calibration.
