Precision Servodrive

May 25, 2006
The XtraDrive servosystem targets high-precision motion systems.

An adaptive-control structure eliminates time-consuming system retuning by automatically accommodating changing loads. The system has an integrated amplifier with embedded 1.5-axis controller. The XtraDrive works stand-alone or can be driven by an external PLC or multiaxis controller for step and directional input, analog velocity or torque control, and networking. The system integrates easily into existing configurations and options include extended I/O, DeviceNet, Sercos, Macro, and Profibus.
