Nozzle Cylinder For Plastic Packaging Machines

Dec. 14, 2006
Series BCZ2D Heat Set Nozzle Cylinders are designed as drop-in replacements for nozzle cylinders used in Sidel Series2 Heat Set machines.

These cylinders mount into the same space and bolt patterns, provide long service life, and reduce both maintenance and downtime in stretch blow-mold applications. Bodies are 100% machined high-strength aluminum. Standard heavy-duty internal urethane shock pads absorb impact energy and eliminate metal-to-metal contact. FDA-approved lubrication for use in food-packaging applications comes standard. Optional manifold and valve combination is available.
