Vision Sensors

Nov. 3, 2005
Vision sensors offer small physical sizes.

The monochrome BS30 measures 20 35 36 mm and resolves objects down to 0.6 mm with a resolution of 126 98 pixels. A response time of 3.33 msec produces 300 images/sec operation with three modes of operation: presence of objects, pixel comparison, and shape analysis.

The color BS40 measures 40 45 45.5 mm and resolves objects down to 0.05 mm with a resolution of 640 480 pixels. The device can handle 50 images/sec for presence of objects, pixel comparison, shape analysis, and image comparison.

Both units operate with single supply voltages from 18 to 30 V and are IP67 rated.
