IndraMotion for handling includes all the necessary hardware and software components with predefined motion function blocks to run pick-and-place and loading/unloading machinery.

The IndraControl L40 motion logic controller can control Cartesian gantries with up to three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and three rotary axes (A, B, C ) of motion. The system configuration uses integrated, prewritten IEC-61131-based motion function blocks. The blocks require setting only a few basic parameters before the system is up and running. Points are defined and "taught-in" using a robotic programming language. The control calculates optimum coordinated moves between the teach points. The IndraMotion system supports industry-standard interfaces including Sercos, Ethernet, and Profibus for integration into machines and plants. Other capabilities include blended moves, palletizing, safety zones, and a hot-pluggable WinCE-based HMI with digital drives and an optional "Safety On Board" functionality.
