Gas-Cylinder Scale Works With Standard PLCs

Jan. 6, 2005
A built-in programmable signal conditioner gives the Model 2000 gas-cylinder scale PLCcompatible analog outputs of 0 to 30 mV, 0 to 5 V, and 4 to 20 mA.

The scale resists harsh chemicals and corrosive gases and is accurate within 0.25% full scale. Its low profile and small footprint minimize lifting when loading and off-loading cylinders. The Model 2000 is available with load capacities of 50 and 300 lb. Calibration is via RS-232 or optional wireless Bluetooth module to a PDA. Included software handles configuration, diagnostics, output control, and calibration. Front-mounted LEDs provide local weight-level information.
