Gortite custom-engineered protective boots for cylinder rods are made from rugged neoprene nylon-coated fabric.

The boots stop rod scoring, prevent nicking, and extend seal life by protecting cylinder rods from chips, abrasive particles, and other impinging objects. The rod boots operate in –40 to 200°F; other materials for expanded temperature ranges and special requirements are available. Request Catalog PR-100.
