New Products: Heavy-Duty Pressure Sensor

Aug. 21, 2008
The Model GT100 heavyduty pressure transducer is designed for severe applications such as rocket-engine testing.

The unit’s cleanable pressure cavity and stainless-steel diaphragm can be replaced in the field.

Standard output of the GT100 is 3 mV/V. The device delivers linearity and hysteresis of 0.25% across 150 to 20,000-psig pressure ranges and operates at –100 to 300°F. Compensated temperature range is –30 to 170°F, which can be extended to –65 to 250°F.

Features include built-in overpressure protection; low sensitivity to shock, vibration, and thermal influence; and four pressure fittings are available. The transducer is wired through a heavy-duty six-pin stainless-steel connector.
