Bus-Capable Servodrives

Jan. 12, 2006
Acopos bus-capable servodrives that operate in the 400-W to 64-kW power range target packaging and material-handling machines in the textile and plastic industries.

The drives work with synchronous, asynchronous (with or without feedback systems), and linear motors, and direct drives. Servodrives used with the Ethernet Powerlink network connection can operate up to 240 axes on one line using the same network. The real-time bus provides extensive diagnostic functions, supplying data such as current and lag errors.
