Epoxy Survives300 To 600°F

EP17, a toughened one-component epoxy adhesive/sealant, has a service operating range to 600°F and bonds metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers, and many plastics. It cures in 60 to 90 min (at 300 to 350°F) to a Shore-D hardness of over 90 with tensile and compressive strengths of 8.7 and 13 kpsi, respectively. It is 100% reactive and contains no solvents or diluents. An EP17ND version is formulated for putting on vertical surfaces without sagging or dripping. Both epoxies meet MIL-MMM-A-132 requirements and come in pint, quart, gallon, and 5-gallon containers.
