    Slotless Motors are Smooth Operators

    Elcom-SL brushless dc servomotors feature slotless stators to minimize magnetic cogging effects.

    SLOTLESS MOTORS ARE SMOOTH OPERATORS

    Motors are available in three frame sizes (Series 3400, 4400, and 5400) with threephase slotless stators and four-pole rotors with neodymium magnets. Peak torques range from 13.3 to 195 oz-in. with speeds to 8,000 rpm. Options include cables, shaft-mounted pulleys and gears, ball bearings, multiple windings, electromechanical brakes, and optical encoders, among others. Applications include data storage, medical/biotech, semiconductor, automation, and commercial aviation.
