Compact DC Cooling Fan

Oct. 20, 2005
Available in 12-V G and J-speed models, the new San Ace 40GV cooling fan measures only 40 X 40 X 28 mm (1.57 X 1.57 X 1.1 in.).

The fan targets 1U server units, data-storage systems, copy machines, communications equipment, power supplies, and a variety of industrial equipment.

Maximum airflow is 0.68 m3/min (24 cfm) at 330 Pa (1.32 in. H2O) using only 7.2 W. Life expectancy is 40,000 hr at 60°C and is RoHS compliant. Optional features include a tachometer sensor and locked rotor sensor outputs, as well as PWM (pulse-width-modulation) control of the fan rotational speed.
