Roll-Feed Controls

The IndraMotion for Metal Forming Roll Feed system contains predefined, user-activated functions for applications such as roll feed and flying cutoff.

Three versions are available that use open interface technology for discrete I/O and standard fieldbus protocols. The system is built on an IEC 61131-3compliant PLC. The fully assembled, single-axis IndraMotion RFS version requires no programming and consists of an IndraDrive Basic controller and a VCP08 HMI. The IndraMotion RFE version uses an IndraDrive Advanced controller for higher stroke rates, PLS's and gags, and pass-through mode. A Roll Feed User Created version features an IEC61131-3 IndraControl L PLC for user programming.
