Void-Fill Packaging System Makes Larger Pillows

March 9, 2006
The Express 3 Void-Fill System now produces larger pillow sizes up to 12 in. long.

The 8 X 10 and 8 X 12-in. pillows have higher yields, lower costs, and longer run times between changeovers over the smaller size pillows. The larger pillows use less poly per cubic foot of fill. A 3,000-linear-ft box of DuraClear polyethylene produces 300 cu ft of void-fill pillows for packing inserts. The Express 3 tabletop-packaging system is 20 X 12 in. and weighs 35 lb.
