Stepper Motor Controllers

Aug. 18, 2005
The Easy-Step 3000 line of advanced stepper motor drive and control systems are designed for unipolar stepper motors up to 35 V and 3 A per phase.

The 3000's small size (63.6 26.4 mm) makes it a candidate for robots and other industrial control equipment. The controllers can drive unipolar stepper motors in full two-phase, full one-phase, and half-step modes. They support direct command set, slave/remote-pulse mode, voltage mode, and teach mode. Motor-control capabilities include store and replay, smooth acceleration, selectable pull-in rate and maximum step rate, and adjustable ramp time to suit varying loads, motors, and operating voltages.
