Conductivity Sensors

PEEK electrodeless conductivity sensors come in four ranges of conductivity.

PEEK electrodeless conductivity sensors come in four ranges of conductivity and are rated to 190°F. A CPVC electrodeless conductivity sensor is rated to 158°F. Key applications include hot alkaline cleaner solutions and hot, oily chemical solutions, especially for chemicals that pretreat metals prior to painting. Ranges of conductivity are 0.1 to 1 mSiemens/cm, 1 to 10 mSiemens/cm, 10 to 100 mSiemens/cm, and 100 to 1,000 mSiemens/cm. PEEK sensors are supplied with 1: NPTM threads for submersion mounting and stainless-steel 2-in. NPTM in-line adapters are available separately. A 0.1 to 1 mSiemens/cm version of the CPVC electrodeless conductivity sensor is rated to 158°F.
