Image Signal Processor

Oct. 12, 2006
This processor combines 16-bit resolution with 3 Mpixels/sec (MMPS) throughput rate. The ADCDS-1603 has signal-to-noise-ratio of 85 dB at 3 MHz.

The 40-pin TDIP package incorporates a configurable input amplifier, correlated double sampler (CDS), and a 16-bit sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC). Features include edge triggering, gain and offset adjust, a +2.0-V reference, and a programmable analog input bandwidth function. Two versions are available; the ADCDS-1603 has an operating temperature of 0 to +70°C, while the ADCDS-1603EX temperature range is from −55 to +125°C.
