The OmniSeal XT and OmniLip XT are the result of a new manufacturing process for the PTFE seals used in Norglide bearings.

The OmniSeal XT and OmniLip XT are the result of a new manufacturing process for the used in Norglide bearings. The high-performance seals are said to provide exceptional life, high chemical resistance, and lower friction versus conventional elastomer seals. The seals come in sizes from 1 /2 to 2 1 /2 in. and up , and handle wide variations in pressure and temperature (65 to 350°F), as well as surface speeds up to 65 fps. Applications include electrical power tools, engines, fuel pumps, static seals, freeze plugs, gearboxes, and oil-pan seals.
