AC Drives

Aug. 23, 2007
The V1000-Series ac drives have maintenance monitors, online tuning, application presets for faster and easier installation, and are RoHS compliant.

Improved heat-sink technology lets the drives be stacked side by side. The drive's EN954-1 Safety Category 3 safety input disconnects the motor at the first sign of trouble. The V1000 uses less energy, is quieter, and its removable control terminal block speeds installation. The drives are rated at 1/8 to 5 hp at 240 Vac single phase; 1/8 to 25 hp (ND) at 240 Vac three phase; and 1/2 to 25 hp (ND) at 480 Vac three phase. Additional performance features include auto restart, overload capacities of 150% for 60 sec (heavy duty) and 120% for 60 sec (normal duty); electronic reversing, adjustable accel/decel of 0.01 to 6,000 sec; 0 to 400-Hz output frequency; and 0.98 displacement power factor. Design features include dual microprocessor logic; five-digit digital keypad operator, LED status display, remote-mount keypad capability, seven multifunction digital inputs, three multifunction digital outputs, 24-Vdc control-logic compatible with sourcing or sinking outputs (pnp or npn), 16 multispeed settings plus jog speeds, and two remote-speed references.
