Compact Linear Actuators

Aug. 18, 2005
CALA 36 linear actuators have motor and drive spindle connected in-line through a planetary-gear assembly.

This layout provides a compact design suited for limited-space environments. The actuators come in 12 and 24-Vdc versions, handle loads to

600 N, and operate at speeds ranging from 31 to 17 mm/sec, depending on load. Stroke lengths range from 50 to 200 mm. A wide selection of front attachments eases installation. Accessories include limit switches, a variety of cable options, and controls and hand switches. The units are designed for push/pull functions in many industrial applications.
