The company's in-house capabilities have been expanded to supply customized plastic and aluminum enclosures through a state-of-the-art CAM machining system that mills, engraves, cuts, and embosses.

CUSTOMIZED ENCLOSURES

The machine can customize any of their 525 standard enclosures with threaded and unthreaded holes, as well as panel, door, side, and window cutouts. The system's increased stability and higher precision provides high accuracy, repeatability from unit to unit, and smooth high-quality cut edges. The machine's innovative graphic converter lets customers send files from different CAD programs and convert them to proper machining instructions. File formats include Mastercam, DWG, DXF, or IGES. CAM files can also be created from customer-supplied print drawings.
