The VCSBC4012 camera’s CMOS sensor has programmable resolution of 2,592 × 1,944 pixels. Frame rate is 11.6 fps at full resolution; VGA skipping allows for a maximum 102-fps frame rate.

The key component of the VCSBC4012 camera is a Texas Instruments 400-MHz processor with 3,200-Mips computing power. The camera’s CMOS sensor has programmable resolution of 2,592 × 1,944 pixels. Frame rate is 11.6 fps at full resolution; VGA skipping allows for a maximum 102-fps frame rate. The camera comes with 64-Mbyte DRAM for program and data storage. Additional features include an Ethernet interface for integration into existing automation environment and an electronic rolling shutter for short exposure times. Also available are two digital inputs and four outputs (open collector). All components of the VCSBC4012 camera are installed on a 40 × 12-mm board
