New Products: Rodless Pneumatics

Nov. 22, 2008
Bearing options include the Internal Bearing (N) design has a permanently lubricated internal bearing and low breakaway pressure. The Solid Bearing (S) design has an increased bending moment capacity with a large carrier mounting pattern to minimize the pressure on bearing surfaces.

The MXP rodless product family now includes three new sizes. The family consists of 30 actuators with increased bending moment and load capability, range of 35 to 2,583 lbf, and auxiliary carriers that double load capacity. There are six bores sizes, three durable bearing systems, and inch or metric versions available.

The Profiled Rail (P) design has the highest load and bending moment capabilities in a low profile design. The system uses high-precision, THK Caged Ball bearings.
