New Products: Cabinet coolers for limited spaces

Nov. 23, 2008
NEMA-12 cabinet coolers convert compressed air to 20°F without refrigerants or CFCs and circulate the air. The Side Mount Kits maintain the NEMA-12 rating and are used to cool PLCs, microprocessors, variable-frequency drives, industrial computers, and robotics.

NEMA-12 cabinet coolers purge and cool electrical control panels to protect sensitive electronics from heat, dirt, and moisture. Side Mount Kits let the coolers mount in electrical enclosures with limited space.

The coolers convert compressed air to 20°F without refrigerants or CFCs and circulate the air. Cooling capacities up to 5,600 Btu/hr are available. The systems have a compressed-air filter to keep moisture and dust out of the panel, and an optional thermostat control minimizes compressed-air use.

The Side Mount Kits maintain the NEMA-12 rating and are used to cool PLCs, microprocessors, variable-frequency drives, industrial computers, and robotics.
