Holders keep polarized #2450 lithium coin cells securely held under shock and vibration in high-density PCB applications. The holders feature dualspring contacts and can be used with most vacuum and mechanical pickand- place assemblies. The devices are made of 0.008-in.-thick phosphor bronze with a gold plate over a glass-filled LCP base and supplied on tape and reel or in bulk. Polystyrene carriers are used for tape and reel parts with 13.0-in. reels to hold 450 parts on 24-mm pitch, 44-mmwide tapes.
