Custom-engineered parts are machined from stainless steel, titanium, and nickel-based alloys in sizes ranging from 0.012 to 1-in. OD. The parts feature tolerances to 0.0001 in. and concentricity to ±.0005 in. with better than a Class 1 fit on threaded parts. Part finishes down to 5 rms can be passivated and electropolished. Part characteristics include drilling, knurling, slotting, soldering, brazing, welding, electropolishing, sandblasting, and assembly.
