The Type 316 stainless-steel Super Air Knife creates a high-volume, highvelocity airstream that blocks harmful vapors and fumes on plating operations, blows corrosive chemicals off parts, dries pharmaceutical products, and cools hot materials such as molten glass, castings, and molded parts.

A small amount of compressed air is released through a thin slotted nozzle, which immediately pulls in surrounding room air and amplifies it at a ratio of 40:1. The knife’s compressed- air inlets are located on each end. The unit has no moving parts to wear out, has a noise level of 69 dBa. Air consumption is one-third that of typical blowoffs.
