Smart vision sensors (SVS) from Datasensor combine sophisticated technology with simple configuration to provide a quick solution for packaging lines, food and beverage industries, and automotive and electronics plants.

Smart vision sensors (SVS) from Datasensor combine sophisticated technology with simple configuration to provide a quick solution for packaging lines, food and beverage industries, and automotive and electronics plants.

SVS sensors have a fast frame rate of 60 fps (60 images/sec), Ethernet communication, a teach button, 640 × 480-pixel resolution, and nine inspection tools. Inspection tools include: Pattern match, contour match, positioning verification, width comparison, edge count, brightness check, contrast comparison , character verification (OCV) and a 360° pattern match.
