    Wear-resistant conveyor - Exair Corp

    Sept. 29, 2009
The heavy-duty threaded Line Vac conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for bulk materials such as steel shot, metal parts, scrap, and trim.
The heavy-duty threaded Line Vac conveyors convert ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for bulk materials such as steel shot, metal parts, scrap, and trim. The conveyor’s hardened-alloy construction prevents premature wear and its large throat diameters let it convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths — at a rate twice that of ordinary air-powered conveyors. The conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other. A pressure regulator on the air supply controls conveying rate. The maintenance-free conveyors come in five sizes up to 2-in. NPT and fit standard plumbing pipe and couplers.Exair Corp., 11510 Goldcoast Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45249, (800) 903-9247, www.exair.com/hdtlv.htm
