MDrive linear actuators are available in three NEMA motor sizes (14, 17, and 23) and two shaft styles (captive and noncaptive). A fully programmable controller and motion-control option prevent unintentional stalling. Features of the actuators include 12 to 75-Vdc input voltage, nominal load limits to 200 lb, and full (256 × 200) microstepping with an operating range of –40 to 85°C.Premium-grade stainless-steel linear-actuator rolled screws are corrosion resistant, nonmagnetic, and are available with an optional Teflon coating. These screws are available with many lead pitches and end finishes, and can be ordered in 0.1-in. length increments.Intelligent Motion Systems Inc., 370 N.
