The Easy-Dc linear actuator controller supplies continuous motor current up to 20 A with an operating voltage range of 7 to 42Vdc (5.5 to 50Vdc extended range). The unit operates at –40 to 125°C, and is sealed to IP65. The device’s default configuration provides extend/retract inputs, limit switch inputs, optional speed control, and output for a power-on or power-off brake. The controller is protected from reverse polarity power input up to –55 V and its signal and power lines are protected from overvoltage. The shock-resistant solid-state control board is securely mounted within a precision-machined and mil-spec-anodized aluminum housing.
