EP21TCHT-1 is a rigid, room-temperature-curing thermal-conductive epoxy with a service-temperature range of 4K to 400°F.

EP21TCHT-1 is a rigid, room-temperature-curing thermal-conductive epoxy with a service-temperature range of 4K to 400°F. It has high thermal conductivity, superior electrical insulation properties, and low thermal-expansion coefficient, making it suitable for low outgassing applications and use in vacuum environments.

EP21TCHT-1 has a mix ratio of 100 to 60 by weight, high physical strength properties, and a light-paste viscosity. It adheres to metals, ceramics, woods, vulcanized rubbers, and most plastics. Bonds are resistant to water, fuels, and most organic solvents.
